Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern Savortech Services Private Limited’s (“DeliAura”) Policy.

Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Service which govern your use of our website www.deliAura.com(the “Website”) and our DeliAura application for mobile and handheld devices (the “App”). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the “Platform”. By placing an order with DeliAura, the Customer (“You”/”User”) agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.

1. Orders and Availability:

• DeliAura accepts payment through all types online payments like UPI, debit/credit cards, etc processed through secure payment gateways (Phonepe And/or Razorpay).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.

• DeliAura cannot be held responsible for any errors or issues related to payment processing.

2.Payment:

• Orders can be placed through the Platform or at our physical stores (“Pick-up Points”).

• All orders are subject to availability and product seasonality.

• DeliAura reserves the right to limit quantities of any product or service offered.

• Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.

• All applicable taxes will be added to your order at checkout.

3.Delivery and Pick-up:

3.1 Delivery

• DeliAura offers delivery within specific areas in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times are provided, but may vary and are not guaranteed.

• DeliAura is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control, such as weather or carrier issues.

• Upon delivery, a signature or confirmation of receipt may be required.

3.2 Pick-up:

• Pick-up orders can be placed through the Platform and collected at designated Pick-up Points within the chosen timeframe.

• DeliAura recommends placing pick-up orders at least 1 hour in advance to ensure availability.

• A valid ID may be required when collecting your pick-up order.

4.Returns and Refunds:

• DeliAura offers a return and refund policy for [state specific conditions, e.g., damaged items, incorrect orders, etc.].

• To request a return or refund, please contact DeliAura’s customer support within 1 hours of receiving your order.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• DeliAura reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  5.Freshness Guarantee:

  • DeliAura guarantees the freshness of all its products upon delivery or pick-up.

  • DeliAura will offer a full refund or replacement for any non-fresh product.

  6.Disclaimer of Warranties:

  THE PLATFORM AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DELIAURA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM OR PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.

  7.Limitation of Liability:

  IN NO EVENT SHALL DELIAURA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF DELIAURA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  8.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, India.

  DeliAura reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Platform and will be effective immediately upon posting.

  11.Shipping Policy:

  Delivery Areas: DeliAura currently offers delivery within specific areas in Bhubaneswar. You can check the delivery availability for your pin code on our Platform before placing an order.

  Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between your delivery address and our nearest Pick-up Point. The estimated delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  Estimated Delivery Times: DeliAura strives to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Order volume
  • Product availability

  We will notify you of any unforeseen delays that may affect your delivery.

  Delivery Process:

  • Once you place your order and it is confirmed, DeliAura will process it for delivery.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or notification with the estimated delivery date and time.

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order at the specified address during the chosen timeframe.

  • Upon delivery, a signature or confirmation of receipt may be required.

  Undelivered Orders: If our delivery partners are unable to deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Refusal to accept the order

  We will attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery or arrange for pick-up at a designated Pick-up Point. If we are unable to reach you or reschedule the delivery, your order may be cancelled, and a cancellation fee (as outlined in our Cancellation Policy) may apply.

  Damaged or Missing Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or missing item in your order, please contact DeliAura’s customer support immediately. We will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
